The $150 itemized estimate fee is fully refunded toward your project once you approve the job and sign your contract. If you move forward with FIG Inc., you pay nothing extra — it comes right off your total.

  • Warranty walkthrough scheduled at 30, 60, or 90 days post-completion

FIG Inc. warranty coverage. All projects carry a 12-month workmanship warranty — except roofs, which are covered for 5 years. New construction includes a 1-year general workmanship & materials warranty, sometimes with longer coverage on systems (up to 2 years) and structural items (up to 10 years). Manufacturer warranties on your materials apply on top.
